The Client Advisor provides exceptional luxury client service by meeting individual client needs, representing brand values, and creating a branded retail experience. This role focuses on driving sales results, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining store and visual standards in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store monthly and seasonal sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service following the brand selling ceremony
- Drive and exceed KPI targets through quality sales and client engagement
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using company CRM tools
- Maintain an active and organized client book with regular follow up
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury product features
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent client experience
- Maintain store security standards and uphold visual merchandising guidelines
- Keep understock and stock room neat and organized
Requirements
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience or similar customer service role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build client relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organization
- High attention to detail and strong follow up skills
- Team focused with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States
