Summary
Based in the Client Contact Center in Dallas, the Client Advisor supports clients across phone email and live messaging channels delivering luxury best in class client experiences and driving sales. The role requires elevated written and verbal communication product knowledge and the ability to build long term client relationships while meeting sales targets. This position is commission eligible and requires on site availability including varied schedules and second shift hours.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Deliver elevated high energy client experiences aligned with brand values.
- Support clients via phone email and live messaging platforms.
- Provide product recommendations and drive conversion through storytelling and brand awareness.
- Resolve client matters effectively and empathetically and escalate urgent issues.
- Collect client information to support relationship building and future outreach.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Communicate with passion authenticity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Work assigned varied schedules including days evenings nights weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Client first mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy and passion for the brand and collaboration with colleagues.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple software platforms.
- Experience handling phone email and live messaging platforms; contact center experience preferred.
- Sales experience preferred; luxury or jewelry industry experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including second shift 12:30pm CST to 11:00pm CST.
- Authorization to work in the United States and ability to work on site.
