Client Advisor - Copley

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for driving individual and store sales at the Copley location through exceptional product knowledge and clienteling. This role maintains client relationships, supports store operations, and helps achieve consignment and sales targets while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up with clients
• Assist with shipping, alterations, and resolving client issues
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintaining store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales
• Experience in a luxury retail setting preferred
• Business school, university, or equivalent experience
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Foreign language skills are a plus
