Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals
• Provide dynamic in-store service and professional makeup consultations and applications
• Identify client needs through effective questioning to recommend products and services
• Actively participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
• Use online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
• Cross sell beyond a single line to increase average basket size
• Proactively offer in-store services to personalize the client experience
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter presentation
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
• Proven successful sales experience meeting or exceeding targets
• Comfortable using social media and technology for clienteling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with team collaboration
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software
• Customer focused with strong listening and timing skills
• Professional presentation and ability to represent the brand
