Client Advisor - Copley Place

Summary

The Client Advisor provides exceptional customer service and drives sales through product knowledge and strong operational skills. This role builds client relationships, supports store operations, and represents the brand with professionalism at the Copley Place location.

Responsibilities

• Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements
• Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals
• Build and maintain client books and follow up on client inquiries
• Assist with special requests including repairs returns and special orders
• Use POS system accurately and update customer database
• Participate in stocking restocking and regular store maintenance
• Support visual merchandising and adhere to store guidelines
• Participate in training new client advisors and monthly team meetings
• Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience; luxury retail preferred
• High school diploma required
• Strong communication and goal oriented drive for results
• Ability to use POS and inventory management functions
• Organizational skills and digital literacy
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs
• Ready to maintain professional appearance and follow dress code
