Responsibilities

• Provide tailored styling and product recommendations to customers to drive sales and achieve commission goals.
• Build and maintain a client book through follow-up, outreach, and appointment setting.
• Maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms to company standards and support visual merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately and handle product inquiries with strong product knowledge.
• Work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or styling experience, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and perform in a commission-based role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service and clienteling.
