Responsibilities
- Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
- Deliver outstanding personalized customer service grounded in product and brand knowledge.
- Exceed individual KPI targets and maintain an organized client book.
- Use CRM tools to record customer information and drive personalized outreach.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personal notes.
- Contribute to visual presentation and uphold brand image standards.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and assist with housekeeping.
- Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive workplace.
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
