Deliver exceptional client experiences at the Las Vegas Forum boutique while achieving individual and store sales goals. Represent the brand with deep product knowledge and uphold luxury retail standards, supporting team operations and merchandising on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service and act as a brand ambassador
• Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to store goals
• Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain client records
• Build and retain long-term relationships with loyal clients
• Support and mentor the sales team to ensure smooth sales ceremony on the shop floor
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the boutique
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate brand history and heritage

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience in women’s and men’s ready-to-wear
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop client relationships
• Familiarity with CRM systems and clienteling practices
• Professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury brand
