Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience using brand selling ceremony
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using CRM and client book
• Provide product knowledge and advice on fashion and luxury trends
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Maintain organized understock and stock room
• Adhere to company image standards and policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or customer service experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proven ability to drive sales and build customer relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organization, follow up, and attention to detail
• Team focused with ability to collaborate effectively
• Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
