Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers exceptional client experiences in the Moncler boutique. The role builds lasting client relationships, achieves sales goals, and supports store operations and team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the brand and product offerings.
• Develop client relationships, manage outreach, and achieve sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain product knowledge, visual merchandising standards, and professional brand standards.
• Support inventory activities, customer charge sends, repairs, and holds while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with the store team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; relevant client-service experience may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric and team-oriented approach.
• Passion for fashion and luxury goods, professional presentation, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency and comfort using Microsoft tools; additional languages are preferred.
