Client Advisor - Green Hills

Summary

Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences by embodying the brand and using clienteling to build lasting relationships. Drive sales through personalized service, client outreach, and appointment-based selling while meeting monthly and annual commercial targets. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to support store operations and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients on the sales floor and during appointments to create memorable selling moments.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Convert clients through discovery, styling, and product expertise across key product pillars.
• Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices and act on client feedback to improve the in-store experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse client base.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
