Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals. The role builds lasting client relationships, develops product knowledge, and supports the store team with visual merchandising or training needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, discover their needs, and guide them across the brand.
• Build and maintain client relationships through engaging conversations and active clientele management.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators, reviewing results and adjusting sales approaches as needed.
• Support store operations, inventory activities, customer follow-up, and visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and uphold company policies and brand standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; relevant hospitality or client-service experience may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fashion-forward outlook and interest in luxury goods.
• Professional presentation, dependability, punctuality, and flexibility.
• English communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft tools; additional languages are preferred.
