Client Advisor - Highland Village Park

Summary

The Client Advisor represents Panerai in the boutique, delivering exceptional luxury service and achieving individual sales and client relationship goals. The role requires strong product knowledge, attentive customer care, and support for daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, guide them through the sales experience, and follow up on prospective and existing client relationships.
• Meet individual sales and performance targets while contributing to overall boutique results.
• Maintain knowledge of Panerai products, brand history, availability, and the luxury market; participate in training.
• Support boutique opening and closing, inventory, repairs, security procedures, and visual presentation.
• Capture accurate client information, support CRM initiatives, and assist with boutique and off-site events.
• Resolve customer requests and service matters promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong selling skills and a customer-focused luxury service mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Action-oriented, self-motivated, empathetic, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and strong computer skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
