Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers a personalized luxury experience while selling watches, accessories, and services. The role builds lasting client relationships, develops sales opportunities, and supports boutique operations and performance.

Responsibilities

• Host clients and provide personalized service while exceeding sales targets.
• Identify sales opportunities, recruit prospects, and maintain client relationships through CRM and clienteling.
• Handle customer service requests and represent the brand in and outside the boutique.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and complete boutique operational tasks.
• Support the boutique team and take ownership of a specialty area such as visual merchandising, operations, customer service, or CRM.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in sales or hospitality; a background in either field is preferred.
• Fluent in English and comfortable using video chat software.
• Strong selling, communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of client satisfaction, luxury service, etiquette, and human behavior.
