Client Advisor Keyholder

As a Client Advisor Keyholder in Boston, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will act as a Client Experience Manager and Manager on Duty, guiding the sales team and ensuring store operations meet brand standards.

• Engage with clients and embody MONCLER Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive individual sales objectives and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Supervise the sales floor and act as a Brand Ambassador.
• Capture client information to build long-lasting relationships.
• Support visual merchandise presentation standards and inventory execution.
• Interact professionally with all levels of Management and Corporate representatives.
• Discuss fashion trends and enhance brand knowledge with clients.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies.
• Proven client service skills and commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching people.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluency in local language and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
