Client Advisor Keyholder

Summary

Client Advisor Keyholder acts as a client experience manager and floor supervisor, driving sales and delivering luxury service in line with brand standards. This role coaches and mentors the sales team, supports store operations and visual presentation, and builds long-term client relationships through personalized clienteling and outreach. The Keyholder supports inventory tasks, manages floor coverage and represents the brand within the community. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and deliver brand sales and service standards consistently
• Drive individual sales objectives and KPI targets such as conversion and UPT
• Act as CEM and supervisor, overseeing the sales floor and store operations
• Coach and mentor sales team members and share best practices
• Capture and maintain client information for personalized outreach and development
• Conduct appointment selling, follow up on charge sends and phone sales
• Attract new clients through networking and brand ambassadorship
• Support visual merchandising and inventory preparation and execution
• Collaborate with store and corporate teams to maintain a professional work environment

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience in fashion luxury or retail companies
• Proven client service skills and a commercial mindset
• Experience training and coaching others
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word Excel and Outlook
• Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English
• Ability to analyze business trends and communicate with senior leadership
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to varied customer needs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
