Client Advisor - Keystone

As a Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton Keystone Indianapolis, you will be an ambassador of the brand, creating memorable experiences for our clientele. You will tailor each client's experience within our store, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring each client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.

• Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals.
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
• Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
• Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships.

• 3+ years of experience in a retail or customer-centric environment, preferably in a high-end or luxury market.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for developing a career in the luxury retail environment.
