Client Advisor - Korean Speaking

Summary

The Client Advisor is an in-store sales professional who delivers exceptional client service and represents the brand. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, driving sales through repeat business, and providing personalized selling experiences. Fluency in Korean is required to support the local client base.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and lifetime spend.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences using established service standards and the Tiffany Touch.
• Drive business through key product pillars and cultivate repeat client business.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Fluency in Korean and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours; availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: college/university degree or GIA coursework.
