Client Advisor - Manhasset

Summary

The Client Advisor in Manhasset delivers exceptional in-store service and builds enduring client relationships to drive loyalty and sales. This role acts as a brand ambassador, using strong communication and an entrepreneurial approach to cultivate new and existing clients. The Client Advisor consistently works to meet and exceed store sales targets while creating memorable client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
• Capture and maintain client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
• Deliver exceptional in-store service and personalized hospitality during every client interaction.
• Drive sales through key product pillars and execute best practices to optimize the client experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree, GIA coursework or Graduate Gemologist degree and proficiency in additional languages preferred.
