Summary

The Client Advisor is a retail sales role responsible for driving personal and store sales growth while delivering exceptional client service. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships, applying detailed product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store through teamwork and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales performance.
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, elevated shopping experience.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and after-sales support.
• Collect and update client information to personalize future interactions.
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Work with store leadership to execute action plans and identify opportunities to improve sales and operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work in a team.
• General knowledge of sales, store operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
