Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for driving client development and sales while maintaining exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. The role serves as the most senior presence in store in the absence of management, supporting opening/closing procedures and special events. The position focuses on growing and maintaining a clientele base and achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and manage client relationships and communication.
• Set the example for customer service, client experience, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and store operations.
• Open and close the store and perform all opening and closing procedures.
• Support local market initiatives, special events, inventory, and operational projects.
• Oversee store and staff responsibilities when the most senior presence in the store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment selling high-end goods and working with clientele-oriented sales.
• Ideally has an established clientele following and local market knowledge.
• Availability for variable scheduling including weekends and seven-day operation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, independent work ethic, time management, integrity, and professional composure.
