Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will create memorable experiences for clients by understanding and meeting their needs across all product categories. You will act as a brand ambassador, building long-term relationships through personalized service and clienteling tools. Positions are available as seasonal, part-time, and full-time roles based in Boca Raton.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding and fulfilling client needs and preferences.
• Represent the brand with passion and professionalism in every client interaction.

• Develop and maintain product knowledge across all categories to provide informed advice.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in high-end or luxury settings.
• Strong sales and commercial mindset with the ability to meet sales goals.
