Client Advisor - Boca Raton Town Center

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences, discovers client needs, and cultivates long-term relationships to drive sales. This role supports store objectives by achieving personal KPIs, contributing to team goals, and assisting with visual merchandising and training as needed. The position operates in-store, reporting to store leadership and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide personalized service in line with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through outreach and active clienteling.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Support inventory preparation, visual merchandising, and operational tasks including follow-up on repairs and holds.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client-facing experience accepted.
• Client-centric, team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation, dependable, punctual, and flexible.
• Proficiency with basic technology and Microsoft tools; English required, additional languages preferred.
