Sales Associate - Fine Jewelry

Summary

Provide high level customer service and product expertise on the sales floor specializing in fine jewelry. Engage clients to understand needs, build relationships, and drive sales while maintaining visual merchandising and inventory standards. Represent a luxury retail environment with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, assess needs, and present appropriate fine jewelry selections.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Maintain product knowledge, including gemstones, metals, and brand offerings, and communicate features and care instructions.
• Manage merchandising, floor presentation, and inventory integrity for the jewelry department.
• Process transactions, returns, and repairs accurately and follow security procedures for high value items.

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort handling valuable merchandise and following loss prevention protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent; jewelry certifications or product training preferred.
