Summary

Part-time Sales Associate supporting the Women's Ready-to-Wear department. Delivers attentive, personalized customer service and styling to drive sales, build client relationships, and maintain presentation standards on the sales floor. Works collaboratively with the team to meet store objectives and provide a premium shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, offer styling advice and product recommendations for women's ready-to-wear.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals and support conversion efforts through proactive selling.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payments and returns.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock, and ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are organized and presentable.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience, preferably in apparel or luxury retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks such as moving merchandise.
