Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, provide styling and fit advice for men's shoes.
• Build and maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and drive repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and commission targets through proactive selling.
• Operate POS, process transactions and handle returns in accordance with store policy.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock, and floor presentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in footwear or men's apparel.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on consultative selling.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working on commission-based compensation and meeting sales goals.
• Basic POS and cash-handling experience.
