Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling client needs and preferences.
- Represent the Brand with passion and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships using in house clienteling tools and systems.
- Learn and master product knowledge across all categories to provide personalized advice.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment.
- Provide personalized follow up and engagement to nurture clientele.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably within a high end or luxury market.
- Strong sales and commercial mindset with proven ability to meet sales goals.
- Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with diverse clients.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Comfort working in a fast paced luxury retail environment and acting as a personal advisor to clients.
