Summary
The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador providing exceptional client service throughout the sales process and representing product knowledge and company standards to elevate the customer experience and meet store goals.
Responsibilities
- Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive sales
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards
- Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge
- Assist with inventory, special projects, and opening and closing duties
- Support visual merchandising and maintain visual standards
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior following dress code
- Partner with team and participate in training when requested
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales
- Proven success in client service in a luxury environment
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills
- Ability to handle multiple demands with strong attention to detail
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals
- Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment
- Availability to be scheduled any day of the week including weekends
- Computer proficiency and availability to work 40 hours weekly
