Job Description

Summary

Client Advisor role in a luxury retail store delivering exceptional personalized service and building long-term client relationships. The position focuses on achieving individual and team sales goals through expert product knowledge and use of clienteling tools. Candidates must be customer-focused, adaptable, and passionate about luxury retail.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding client needs and preferences
  • Represent the brand with passion and professionalism in all client interactions
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives through effective client engagement
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools
  • Learn and apply detailed product knowledge across all categories
  • Provide personalized advice and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive store environment

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience preferably in a high-end or luxury environment
  • Strong sales and commercial mindset with ability to meet targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for building and maintaining meaningful client relationships
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve performance
  • Ability to use clienteling tools and systems effectively
