Client Advisor

Summary

Sales role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment. The Client Advisor builds lasting client relationships, manages post sale follow up, supports visual merchandising, and assists with inventory and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service to clients
• Initiate and build client relationships using creative selling and client book outreach
• Exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and strategies
• Complete sales and conduct post sale follow up
• Assist in maintaining visual presentation and general upkeep of the selling floor
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on fit and custom design options
• Assist with inventory maintenance in the stockroom and on the selling floor

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in luxury retail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused personality
• Computer skills including point of sale systems, Word, Excel and email
• Strong interest in fashion and results driven
