Creative Brand Ambassador - Children's Store

Summary

Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor of a children's store. Drive individual and store sales goals through product knowledge, styling, and use of key tools while maintaining high visual and operational standards. Act as an entry-level brand representative supporting store operations and the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and personalized styling assistance, including in fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contribute to store sales plans.
• Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing tasks and other operational activities.
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold company policies and store presentation.
• Engage customers with loyalty/connect programs and educate them on store initiatives and offerings.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.; able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort operating a register and performing sales floor and back-of-house tasks.
