FT Sales Ambassador - Children's Store

Summary

The Sales Ambassador for the childrens store delivers exceptional customer service and personalized styling to clients, driving sales and supporting the store team. This role focuses on clienteling, product knowledge, and using digital tools to cultivate lasting customer relationships while upholding brand visual and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling recommendations and exceptional customer service on the sales floor and remotely when needed.
• Drive individual and team sales by meeting KPIs and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach activities.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, maintain store visual standards, and participate in store initiatives and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort operating a register, standing and moving for multiple hours, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital tools for selling and CRM preferred; ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate with team members.
