Summary

The Sales Ambassador role provides exceptional, personalized service in the children's store to drive sales and nurture long-term client relationships. This part-time, in-store position leverages product knowledge, styling skills, and digital tools to meet individual and store sales goals while supporting team development and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Drive individual sales through clienteling, outreach, and effective use of digital tools and CRM.
• Support team sales targets and uphold brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors and performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and contribute to store and community initiatives.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and assist with talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Comfort working on the sales floor and performing tasks such as operating the register and walking or standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM to capture customer data preferred.
