Outlet Client Advisor

Summary

The Outlet Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by discovering client needs, building long-term relationships, and guiding clients across the brand. Reporting to store leadership, this role drives sales and KPIs while supporting store operations, visual merchandising, training, and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver the Moncler client experience standards.
• Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and clientele management.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Support inventory preparation, follow up on charge sends, repairs, and holds, and assist with store operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support training or other store needs as requested by management.
• Work collaboratively as a team player to contribute to store objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client-facing experience acceptable.
• Client-centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional presentation.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
