Client Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment, build client relationships through creative selling and follow up, and support store visual and inventory standards. Meet and exceed sales goals while advising clients on product fit and handling repairs and custom design inquiries. Work collaboratively within a high paced store to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized selling to develop client relationships.
• Initiate and grow core personal business using client book and targeted mailings.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales strategies.
• Complete sales and perform post sale follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with visual merchandising and general maintenance of the selling floor.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on best fit and customization options.
• Maintain inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to prioritize client needs.
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused demeanor.
• Proficiency with retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel and email.
• Strong desire for fashion and results driven attitude.
