Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service in Melrose, meeting sales goals and nurturing client relationships while supporting store operations and visual standards. This role requires product knowledge, proactive client outreach, and participation in store events and inventory activities.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s through client outreach and appointments
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Utilize selling techniques including cross-selling multiple selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Maintain and update client profile records and nurture strong client relationships
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and light cleaning duties
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation signage lighting and general maintenance
- Continuously seek feedback and maintain high product knowledge through training resources
- Comply with company policies and contribute to a respectful workplace
- Be available for scheduled shifts including evenings weekends holiday season and annual inventory
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI’s
- Strong verbal and written communication and team orientation
- Polished well groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Available to work closing shifts at least three times per week and specified weekend requirements
- Comfortable climbing a ladder and lifting 5-8 lb packages regularly
