Responsibilities

• Engage clients through elevated selling and exceptional customer service
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge for men's tailored apparel
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and business development to increase productivity

• Service clients both in-person and remotely using store technology

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, and fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule
• Ability to cultivate client relationships and provide personalized service
