Client Advisor - Miami Design District

As a Client Advisor at Moncler in the Miami Design District, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences and embodying the Moncler Client Promise. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, understanding client needs, and guiding them across the brand, while achieving individual and store goals. Additionally, you will support the store team with Visual Merchandising or Training needs.

• Perform as a team player and contribute to the overall objectives of the store.
• Welcome every client and provide an exceptional client experience in line with Moncler standards.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversation and active clientele management.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations and store leadership to adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory preparation and execution as necessary.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and respect Moncler Brand standards.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric with a passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to communicate in English.
