Performance-driven luxury retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering memorable client experiences. Acts as a brand ambassador, develops long-term client relationships through clienteling and omnichannel engagement, and supports boutique operations and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales and achieve individual KPIs through selling techniques and collaboration
- Perform client outreach, appointments, and clienteling to grow active client base
- Communicate brand story, product features, and technical details to clients
- Support daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening and closing
- Use digital and retail tools such as CEGID and Salesforce for sales and client management
- Execute visual merchandising, window animation, and product presentation
- Coordinate aftersales operations until return of the product
- Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain store standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail
- Knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, technology, and sports
- Fluent in English and local language; third language is a plus
- Strong selling skills including discovery, presentation, upselling, and closing
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ASP, and mix
- Familiarity with digital tools and front and back retail systems
- Client-centric mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
