Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. Role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager, leveraging technology and styling expertise to drive sales and client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to clients
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Perform outreach and remote selling using store technology
• Strategize and manage personal business to increase productivity
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience with technology and digital selling tools
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule
