Client Advisor - New York Fifth Ave

Summary

Responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving individual and store sales targets through personalized service and strong product knowledge. Builds and maintains long-term client relationships using CRM tools and proactive sourcing. Supports the sales team and ensures operational excellence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service as a brand ambassador and tailor the client experience to exceed expectations.
• Mentor teammates and ensure the smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and Dolce & Gabbana heritage while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
• Proactively use CRM to monitor and update client records, source new clients, and enhance business development.
• Maintain productive long-term relationships with loyal clients and assist with merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team.
