Job Description

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and represent the brand while achieving individual and store sales goals. Deliver tailored luxury experiences, maintain product and brand knowledge, support shop floor operations, and contribute to CRM and client development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets and support store sales goals
  • Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain client records
  • Build and retain long-term relationships with loyal clients
  • Mentor peers and support the smooth running of the sales ceremony
  • Assist with merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on brand heritage
  • Support implementation of store sales policies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
  • Experience in women’s and men’s ready-to-wear
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop clienteling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client management
  • Professional presentation and understanding of luxury standards
