Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized in-store and digital interactions using text and social media.
• Achieve sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Maintain department presentation by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Attend trainings and stay current on product and fashion knowledge.
