Client Advisor - Northpark

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will create meaningful client experiences and drive sales through personalized luxury service at the Neiman Marcus NorthPark boutique. You will build and maintain long-term client relationships by leveraging CRM, proactive clienteling, and expert product knowledge. The role also supports store operations, merchandising, and visual presentation to uphold boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full client journey and Valentino couture service from welcome to farewell.
• Proactively engage existing and potential clients, manage appointments, and execute personalized outreach campaigns using CRM tools.
• Capture client data and qualitative notes to develop and maintain a client portfolio and reach CRM targets.
• Provide styling guidance and curate looks across categories informed by trends and product knowledge.
• Support merchandising and visual standards by replenishing stock, reporting display information, and partnering with the visual team.
• Perform operational tasks including POS transactions, returns, shipping/receiving, and other boutique duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales results and managing clientele.
• Exceptional client relationship building, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign language skills a plus.
• Action-oriented team player with a drive for results.
