Summary

Frontline sales role focused on styling and building lasting customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Meet sales goals using selling tools such as text and social media while maintaining a customer ready department. Perform merchandising, fulfill orders, and support team needs across departments as required.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels.
• Engage customers to provide styling advice and product recommendations with confidence.
• Use text, social media, and other tools to grow and maintain a customer following.
• Support department operations including stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and order fulfillment.
• Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty program participation.
• Work flexible schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
• Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfortable using technology and networking to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment and follow through on tasks.
• Ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
