Client Advisor responsible for delivering Valentino Couture Service to drive sales and build long term client relationships through personalized clienteling, styling guidance, and exceptional in store service for handbags at the Saks New York location.
Responsibilities
- Master the client journey and provide a genuine, personalized experience from welcome to farewell
- Proactively engage clientele and execute CRM outreach campaigns to meet targets
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences and organizing merchandise
- Curate looks using knowledge of current fashion and seasonal trends
- Maintain product presentation and assist with merchandising and visual guidelines
- Manage sales and after sales activities including returns, repairs, and complaints
- Use POS to perform client transactions and capture client data accurately
- Support day to day store operations and stock replenishment from warehouse
- Collaborate with visual and store management teams to uphold presentation standards
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with clientele focused background
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting KPIs
- Exceptional client relationship building and communication skills
- Computer skills to operate POS and MS Office programs
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Action oriented with drive for results and problem solving ability
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication
- Foreign language skills a plus
