Summary
The Client Advisor is responsible for achieving personal sales targets and contributing to boutique objectives by developing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to brand procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales and KPI targets
- Support boutique overall sales performance and participate in briefings
- Welcome customers and manage all steps of the sale following the brand selling ceremony
- Identify high potential leads and perform targeted follow up to generate sales
- Maintain product and brand knowledge and participate in trainings
- Manage boutique operations including opening closing inventory and repairs
- Maintain boutique appearance and follow grooming and visual merchandising guidelines
- Capture and manage customer data in CRM and develop client portfolio
- Provide excellent customer service including post sale support and SAV handling
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail sales
- Strong sense of luxury service presentation and aesthetics
- Fluent in English additional languages a plus
- Result oriented with strong selling skills and attention to detail
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Curious self motivated with excellent customer service mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
