Contribute to commercial goals by achieving individual sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting operational excellence and efficiency in the store. The role balances client engagement and sales responsibilities with back of house operational duties to maintain LOEWE standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and meet sales KPIs through client acquisition and retention.
- Balance time between client engagement and operational support in collaboration with the Store Director.
- Maintain weekly operational cadence including receiving, transfers, consolidations, and cycle counts.
- Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations with the Store Director.
- Support processing of send sale orders, consignments, and repairs in compliance with policies.
- Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory counts and related reconciliations.
- Accurately process POS transactions and ensure proper packaging and client data capture.
- Follow loss prevention policies to protect company assets.
- Maintain packaging levels and assist with replenishment orders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a customer centric retail role.
- Organised and detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
- Confident, service oriented, adaptable, empathetic, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Commercial mindset and results driven while being a team player.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform related tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
