Client Advisor - Palo Alto

Summary

Deliver the luxury client experience by representing the brand in every client interaction, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets through personalized service and clienteling. Provide elevated in-store hospitality and use POS and client tracking systems to manage outreach and follow up. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and deliver exceptional client experiences using personalized selling techniques.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data in POS and client tracking systems.
• Conduct client appointments that convert through discovery and styling.
• Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve in-store experiences.
• Provide hospitality and optimize store amenities to create memorable moments.
• Work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-facing experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting commercial or sales results.
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and build relationships.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
• College degree and multiple language skills are desired.
