Client Advisor - Palo Alto

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will embody the brand in every client interaction, delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences. You will build and deepen client relationships, apply an entrepreneurial approach to grow your personal business, and work to consistently achieve store commercial targets. This role emphasizes clienteling, personalized styling, and delivering the Tiffany touch at every appointment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with clients to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems to grow outreach.
• Deliver elevated in-store experiences and memorable moments using personalized styling and hospitality.
• Convert clients through discovery and product expertise across key product pillars.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and demonstrate strong communication and brand ambassadorship.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree and multilingual skills are desirable.
