Summary

Seasonal Sales Support provides exceptional client service during the holiday season by representing the brand, supporting sales staff, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. This role focuses on hospitality, point-of-sale assistance, and operational support to enhance the client experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients on the sales floor, ensuring a memorable brand-aligned experience.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS functions, and replenishing supplies.
• Assist at engraving station, manage floor waiting list, and maintain hospitality areas.
• Help operations team with store policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks, and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base and in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
